Senior Project Manager - Shopper Marketing /Retail Toolkits -

£50,000 - £60,000 p/a

Exciting new opportunity at a global production house who have a mouth-watering client list, and will focus on an important global account at the agency. The agency has offices around the world and can offer their clients a range of advertising and production services across Video, print and digital.

This role is for an experienced Project Manager to work with a dedicated agency team and directly with the client to deliver a range of toolkits for creative retail projects. You'll deliver work including POS adaptation and 3D Displays (FSDU's), merchandising and digital in-store, working to agreed timeframes and within budget. You will work closely with various teams / stakeholders, across the business and external 3rd party teams as you deliver work for the client to service the account.

The role will see the Project Manager working closely with internal teams and suppliers to negotiate costs and timescales for each job. You will manage the creative production process too agree a creative route and also the production of retail work for multiple different markets within the EMEA region. All the while, you will need to keep the clients updated, deal with issues that arise and ensure the best quality work is produced as efficiently as possible.

You will work on projects across a full range of shopper marketing including all in-store collateral, as well as POS adaptation and 3D merchandising to promote the clients products. The role requires someone who has worked on Retail / POS /In store material, and who has a good knowledge of print. As you will work with numerous print suppliers, and this will affect the design, you will need experience and print knowledge to be able to advise on the best course of action / what's possible. Therefore some previous experience working in/ with print/ print management/ print buying/ print procurement would be a massive advantage as well.

This role will also suit an Project Manager who likes to go ‘above and beyond’– the type of person who is innovative and will suggest alternative options and will generally surpass the clients expectations through diligence, motivation and a general high level of customer service and focus in everything they do.

Some other elements of the role will include:

  • Strong knowledge of Creative production and shopper marketing

  • Good Knowledge of Print/POS/Digital creative production

  • Strong experience in project management and have worked on toolkit projects

  • Good understanding and experience of managing multiple, internal and external relationships

  • Good MS PowerPoint and Excel skills Meeting / Speaking to clients to discuss briefs and ensuring work is correctly briefed internally to teams and to external suppliers

  • Managing work through Creative / Design Stages as well as Production and working with Print Sourcing teams

  • Managing timings and budgets on projects with lots of attention to detail

  • Building Great relationships with all parties at all levels
